U.S. Salvages Sunken Jap Destroyer - With the Navy's famed Seabees prominent in the operations, the salvage of a Jap destroyer sunk off a South Pacific island is being conducted by the tug USS Menominee. Despite the amount of damage inflicted on the enemy ship, directors of the project are confident it can be reconstructed. - Official U.S. Navy Photograph." 1943
