Items from the service of James T. Wynne, who was born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina in 1922. He enlisted in the Army on 21 October 1942 and served with the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division. He was sent to the European Theatre and participated in Normandy, the Battle of the Bulge, and the advance into Germany. Collection includes 121 photographs and over 140 documents related to Wynne's service.
