1878. '3-24-44. Ecklund. T/5 W T Gardner is clamping on W130 wire to a EE8A to be used as a local staff installation. Pfc R B Kirkpatrick has a reel unit RL39 with mile of W130 on a DR8 drum, to be laid out to a terminal strip at the switchboard 150 yards away near Hill 2280.
