1794. '3-10-44. Sharetts. 'C' rations from a pot instead of an individual can. This man is being served 'C' rations after a shortage of food was discovered in HQ Co, 2nd Bn, 14th Inf, 71st L Div, and the company pooled all rations, opened them, and gave each man an equal share.
