The Burns Philip house. "Commercial enterprises in Moresby, are few. The largest and best known is the house of Burns-Philp, (better known as BP). They are wholesale traders supplying the necessities of life to the towns people and plantation owners. Their building, one of the largest in town is opposite the Hotel Moresby."
