V-mail operation in the field at APO 929. "View of the power plant building, which houses three diesel generators, two of which are 50 KW Cummins, and the third, a 100 KW Murphy. Through the medium of these diesel generators enough power is supplied to not only run the V-Mail plant but to supply power also for both the enlisted and WAC Officer quarters, as well as the need of the Post Office."
