Pollywog in front of the royal family probably just after being poked with a 'Devil's Tongue,' an electrified piece of metal used during many Neptunus Rex/Crossing the Line ceremonies. This one takes place aboard the USS Rutland in March 1945. From donor's notes: "Devil's fork in action."
