Willis D. Crittenberger for his services to the Allies. General Cadorna was formerly commander of partisan forces in North Italy and led the successful movement which compelled the Germans to abandon many positions intact. The certificate, presented at General Crittenberger's Fourth Corps headquarters in Milan, was signed by Field Marshal Sir Harold R. L.
