This picture shows a row of apartment houses, with a vista of green lawns and trees where children may play safely. Buildings like this house 306 apartments at Greenbelt. Rentals run from $18 a month for one and one-half room dwellings to $27 a month for dwellings consisting of three rooms and a sleeping porch. Rentals include janitor service, heat and water.
