Vladimir Dedier, a Deputy Delegate from Yugoslavia, during the United Nations Conference on International Organization at San Francisco, California. Masaryk is chairman of the Czechoslovakian delegation. Colonel Dedier, as an aide to Marshal Tito, frequently led the partisans against the Germans while they occupied his homeland. He is now a member of the Serbian Assembly and of the Federal Parliament. He joined with other United Nations representatives to draw up a charter for a world security organization to insure peace.
