367.Photograph. Engineers creating gravel for road repairs. '21 Nov 1944. 5/MM-44-30341. Fifth Army, Monghidoro Area, Italy. Men of the 39th Engineers of the Fifth Army, filling a 2 ton vehicle with crushed rock to repair roads for military traffic. The heavier rock is fed into this rock crusher first by use of the conveyer (built by themselves) and fed from above.
