Convoy of Jeeps taking men and supplies to the 'Jeep Head' where everything must be carried on the mens back to Infantry positions on 'Hill 826'. These men of the 6th South African Armored Division will remain in their positions for six days and nights before being relieved there are no houses, no shelter of any kind other than the fox holes and dug outs laboriously carved into the sandstone by the men with entrenching tools.
