1295. '27 June 1944. Boll. Capt. A. Wallau of Hq. Co. 542 Para. Inf. Bn. is shown briefing officers of his Bn. who are taking 'jumpmaster' training under his supervision. The picture was taken in the briefing room at Dawson Field, Ga., a few minutes before the class went up for a practice jump. The Captain has over 36 missions to his credit to date. 168-L-44-1383.'
