At the Church of St. Margarita the day before Christmas, children of the town were given gifts, accumulated odds and ends that soldiers had given from their rations and gifts from home. S/Sgt [Staff Sergeant] Vincent J. Post, 363 Inf. Regt., 91st Division, Clarksburg, W.Va. [West Virginia] played 'Santa', while priests lent a hand distributing the various articles.
